It’s time for Mì xào

I am a big fan of all kinds of noodles. Since I do not have time to travel, I indulge myself with cooking. Today I am making one of my favorite kinds of food which is stir-fry noodles with assorted vegetables and pork.

I make Vietnamese style stir-fried noodles with assorted vegetables and pork. First the noodles can be easily found in Asian markets in Montreal. The noodles are originally brought to Vietnam by Chinese refugees since 17th century. We then customized them accordingly to the local taste.

I find in the fridge whatever vegetables available and try to put them in the dish. Plus the fresh tofu reminds me of the street vendors in my country who always put the crispy fried one in this type of noodles.

To help the dish more eye-catching as well as make use of the oil after frying the tofu, I fry some eggs, however this time the egg was so well-done.

Now the noodle is ready to eat. I recommend putting some ground pepper and chili sauce to add more tastes to the dish. The picture is below, please tell me how does it look?
